Giveaway!

Good morning!

I hope you all had a great weekend. Jacob and I finished painting the nursery and assembled the crib. We both find ourselves just going in that room now because we really love it. Yay!

I mentioned a few weeks ago that I would have another giveaway coming up and it is here! Back when I painted stripes in the powder room I posted about my awful time with blue painters tape and how I really fell in love with green frog tape. I have been using the green tape since and I still love it.

Today I have a goodie bag from Frog Tape to giveaway!

It includes a cloth bag, a large t-shirt, a roll of delicate surface tape, a roll of 36mm tape, a roll of 24mm tape, and a roll of 48mm tape.

One roll in stores is around $6-12 so this really is a great giveaway for someone planning to paint or has a special project in mind!

I linked my stripes tutorial up to The Shabby Nest today as a part of Frugal Friday. Stop over and check out all the wonderful tutorials and projects to get inspired and maybe start a new project this weekend!

I thought I would round out the week and the final day of the giveaway by doing another post of things I would buy at Anthro if I had a $20 gift card.

I might just have to pick up these hair clips later today when I go to buy the GC. For only $15 they will totally dress up my outfit when I'm running around wearing jean shorts and a t-shirt with my bangs braided back.

If you know me, you know I love squirrels. I have always thought they were so cute and fuzzy and adorable the way they hold and eat nuts and other food. I want one. Don't judge. ($20)

I think my weird obsession with squirrels is spreading to owls. I don't know why but I think they're cute....not so much in real life b/c they look mean but owl inspired gifts/accessories. Therefore, I think this is neat! ($24) Edit: it's a doorstop

I'll stop with the creature inspired accessories but I do have to mention to any owl lovers like me Anthro does have owl switchplates.......so cute!

Who doesn't need a wonderful smelling candle? I know I always need one...or two...or four. Anthro has a ton of candles to choose from. I love this brand.

I think these recipe bookmarks are a great idea as well. Set of 100 for $10

100th Post Giveaway!

Good morning! Today is a good day because it's my 100th post. It's hard to believe since I just started the ol' blog this last spring.

I have to come love sharing my inspiration and DIY projects with you all. I hope that you find my blog to be something you enjoy reading or more that you enjoying looking at. I am the type that loves a blog with a lot of pictures because even if I'm in a hurry I can at least scroll through and look at the pretty images.

I hope you had a nice weekend. Ours was chocked full of time with friends, which was awesome. We have a short week as we're heading home to Ohio for another wedding on Friday.
