Good morning!
It's a beautiful spring morning here and I'm enjoying it with the windows open until the rain and storms move in in a few hours. I want to share a few pictures from this weekend and my amazing baby shower.
My mother in law, Nancy has a knack for decorating and you can see it shows as you look through the pictures.

The shower favors were small potted herbs and chocolate eggs in an owl stamped bag to make for a sugar and spice themed favor. Genius!

The food table was stocked with fruit skewers, lots of sandwiches, shrimp cocktail, and lots of other goodies!

It was an amazing time had by all and I'm so thankful for all the wonderful gifts we received. Let me just tell you that this little girl is going to have a full closet before she ever arrives!
I have to plug my good friend, Lauren's business who made all the paper goods and yummy desserts for my shower. Check Sweet Cakes out here! They really do a wonderful job of making an event feel very cohesive!
Nursery update: The glider and ottoman are in so we will pick those up today and the bedding is on it's way! I just need to start on the curtains and then comes the fun part of decorating....hanging things on the wall and making it all feel cohesive!
