Kitchen Spruce Up

Hello!

We have a great nook in our kitchen that I have been meaning to makeover.  However, like many other things because it wasn't terrible I never got around to it.  Well, today was the day!  I stuck this plant on the ledge the day we closed on the house (ehem...1.5 years ago....) and it has been there ever since.  It loves the light so it has just gotten out of control.  My original plan for this sunny spot was herbs and I'm happy that I now have them!

I love how the separate pots and overall how much cleaner it looks.  I have tried growing herbs outside and they just burned up so I'm hoping this will work out better.

I love it when you do something small and easy and yet it makes you so happy!

Butler's Pantry

Good morning!

We have a butler's pantry you can see it here and I'm so thankful to have it.  I store all of our kitchen appliances when they aren't in use, our china, table linens, and other odds and ends there.  I love having a designated area for those kitchen items that you don't need on a daily basis.  However, I have to admit I have serious pantry envy when I came across this picture.

I love the built in wine storage and something about the up turned silver tray is so perfect!

Hi all!

Did you have a nice weekend?  We did!  My mother in law was here and we had a nice visit.  Jacob and I painted the laundry room and worked outside....more on that later.  In the meantime I wanted to share a few "dream kitchen" photos I have pinned.

White Kitchens

Kitchen Perfection!

One of my good friends pinned this kitchen last week and I clicked through to find all these pics in their yummy goodness. I think this is pretty close to what my dream kitchen would look like if we ever have the budget for it. Here is the kitchen at Life in Grace:

Happy Saturday!

At one point I started saving kitchen pictures and I thought today would be the perfect day to start sharing them. Maybe someone will be inspired since we're renting and can really make any changes to our kitchen at this point.
