Craigslist Easy

Hi all!
I think I may have been living under a rock even though I would like to think not. I am your regular Craigslist junkie. Whether I am looking for myself or a gem for a client, I usually find my way the website once every few days.

Well, a wonderful new tool was brought to my attention and I don't know how I ever lived without it.

You head to this website and drag the Easy button to your toolbar just below your search bar near the top of your screen.

You then simply pull up Craigslist and do a search like you normally would. Then hit the CraigsEasy button and it will show you all the results but just by picture. If you're interested in something you can click on it and see the full ad. It makes searching so much easier because you can quickly browse pictures rather than having to click through if you think you might be interested in something.

So we are taking your results from this:

I'm in love! I hope that I have helped one of you out. If you're a junkie like me this will save you so much time. :)

Have a great day!

Black Friday

Good morning!
I hope your Thanksgiving meal was as delicious as ours. As always we had way too much food but that will make for lots of yummy leftovers.

My mom and I are out hitting the sales today. We're both hoping to accomplish a lot of Christmas shopping.

Giveaway

Happy Thanksgiving Eve!
Today I am wrapping up a few loose ends with a client, doing some volunteering, and some last minute cleaning. When you have as many pets as we do you have to wait until the day of to dust and vacuum otherwise you're just doing it again. The turkey is defrosting and the pie is made!

I wanted to mention a great giveaway my dear friend, Sheena is having on her blog this week. I'm late in mentioning it to you as it ends on Friday but you still have time to enter to win a $25 Michael's gift card!

All you have to do is become a follower of her blog and leave a comment about what you would buy with your gift card if you win. How easy is that!

Click here to be directed to her blog and enter in her giveaway! Oh and while you're there browse around, she is a very talented artist with a great Etsy shop.

Have a great day!

Hi all!

It is the simple things in life. I am loving this nail polish I just bought this weekend. It's Revlon Gray Suede and I think it's the perfect nude.

Thanksgiving Table Settings

Good morning!

I hope you all had a great weekend! We had a productive yet relaxing few days. It is still so hard to believe that Thanksgiving is on Thursday. My mom arrives on Wednesday night and I'm excited to have a few days hanging out and Christmas shopping with her. Since it will just be Jacob, my mom, and I......I won't be doing a big table arrangement (we're simple like that) but here are some that I love!

Some are very simple, which I appreciate. I'll definitely have to remember this for next year or whenever we host a larger Thanksgiving.

Have a nice day!

Wall Stencils

Hi all!
I hope everyone is having a good week. This week is just flying for me, I don't know about you. It's hard to believe Thanksgiving is only a week away! My mom is coming into town and we can't wait! Lots of food combined with shopping and relaxing sounds like the perfect weekend to me.

One idea that I am dying to try is wall stencils. The idea board that I came up for my friend's bedroom involved a wall stencil (I hope to have pictures soon) and it turned out awesome. I however haven't done it myself. It's definitely on my list for our future home. One thing that I learned from painting the stripes is that it is labor intensive. However, I think it might be easier than the stripes from talking to my friend if you get a stencil that is large enough. This is store that she bought her stencil from and because it was large it made the job easier.

Here are some rooms that I love with a great wall stencil:

Have you tried it?

Have a great day!

Purple Pillows

Hi all!
I hope everyone's week is off to a great start. While perusing Homegoods yesterday for a client I came across these pillows. Had I not already bought fall pillows and the fact within about a week I'll be wanting to put out Christmas pillows I would have snatched these babies up. They were all around $20-25 and beautiful!

Love!

Have you found any good finds lately?
