Good morning!
Even though I haven't been posting about it we are making a lot of progress on the house to-do list. The major project on our plate right now is fixing the drainage in our backyard and then putting up a fence. Here is our to-do list as it looks right now. As with anything I could keep putting on items until I'm blue in the face so these are only the major items.
Since spring is right around the corner I'm dying to put up the fence and start decorating our patio and outdoor space. I've added a few inspiration pics that I'm loving today!

oh man... I love these photos.. I love the outdoor table with the lanterns in the tree and turquoise chairs.. the lush patio with the dresser outside!.. the paved swirl... and who doesn't love a porch swing?! nice finds.. I can't wait to see what you all do with your outdoor area! :)
